- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 jar beans, large white ones
- 3 large potatoes
- thyme
- sage
- salt and pepper
- oil
- 1 liter water or broth

- Fry the minced meat in a saucepan in the oil. Add the finely chopped onion and the finely chopped garlic and sauté. Chop the herbs, add them and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in water or broth. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the chopped zucchini. After 5 minutes add the drained white beans and heat. Season again with salt and pepper.
