Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- Pepper from the mill
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard (heaped )
- 1 tablespoon oil (pumpkin seed oil)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil, good

- Mix the first five ingredients from balsamic vinegar to mustard well. Then gradually suppress the two oils. The sauce is ready. Looks like little, but is very economical.
- Goes very well with leaf salads and mixed salads.
