  • 180 g muesli, basic muesli without fruit
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 330 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bag / s dry yeast
  • 300 ml water
  • 150 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with the whisk or in the baking machine (eg Pasta program) to a viscous dough. Line a rectangular cake tin (dimensions approx. 7x14x24) with baking paper and fill in the dough. and bottom heat bake for 50 minutes. During this time the dough rises nicely. After the first 50 minutes, increase the temperature to 180 ° C and bake again for 50 minutes.
  2. Now take the bread out of the baking pan and knock on the bottom. It should sound hollow, then it`s baked through. If it sounds dull, you can put it in the oven again without a mold and repeat the knock test after 5-10 minutes.
  3. This recipe is perfect if you don`t have time for a lengthy dough preparation. It results in a tasty, healthy bread that stays moist for a long time and is therefore fresh for days. Unfortunately, due to the high level of moisture, it is a bit prone to mold. The only remedy is to eat it up quickly or to use the freezer.
