- Finely chop the dates and leeks. Mix the dates with the sour cream until the dates no longer stick together, then add the leek and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours if possible.
- The cream can also be prepared a day in advance and will last at least half a week in the refrigerator.
