Mix the vanilla pudding powder with 1 tablespoon of cold almond milk. Bring the rest of the almond milk to the boil, stir in the pudding powder mixture, bring to the boil over a low heat. Remove from heat and let cool down. Of course, any other milk can be used instead of the almond milk. Finely grate the raw marzipan and stir into the pudding. Cut the dates into small pieces and stir in as well. Season to taste with rum and fill into a glass. For children and others who are not allowed / do not want to consume alcohol, please leave out the rum!
