- First cut the dates into small pieces. Then cut the spring onions into thin rings. Put the cream cheese and the cut ingredients in a small bowl. Now chop the rosemary sprigs and add them as well. Stir everything well and season with salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, add more herbs.
- You can enjoy the dip with raw vegetables, while grilling or simply as a spread.
