Ingredients

  • 250 g pork belly, (smoked wammerl)
  • 4 sausages, (Debrecziner)
  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 g onion (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 750 ml water or broth
  • 1 cube broth, instant, optional
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Dice the pork belly, onions and peppers, cut the debreciner into slices. Leave the bacon in a saucepan, add the Debrecziner and fry briefly. Possibly dissolve the stock cube in the water.
  2. Now layer in the pot as follows:
  3. Pork belly and debrecziner / noodles / onions / peppers / tomato paste. Pour liquid (broth or water with the spices) over it. Now cook for 30-45 minutes with the saucepan closed and on a mild heat. Don`t stir!
