  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Dice the onions. Cut the sausage into slices and fry with the onions. Add water, stock and tomato paste, bring to the boil. Dice the potatoes, halve the Brussels sprouts and add to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes and season with paprika powder.
