Fried Brussels Sprouts

An easy way to cook Brussels sprouts is to boil and sauté in oil.

Cook: 30 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts – 600 g
  • Butter – 1.5-2 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Parsley or dill greens – 0.5 bunch

Directions

  1. Boil water, salt it, put the cabbage, lightly boil in salted water (10-15 minutes). Drain the water by throwing the cabbage in a colander.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat, put prepared cabbage, fry in oil, stirring constantly, until golden brown (10 minutes). Chop the greens.
  3. Serve fried Brussels sprouts to the table, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
