Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 large apple
- 1 can pineapple
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon flour
- some cream
- Curry powder
- Cayenne pepper, or chilli
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper

- Remove impurities from the chicken breast fillet and cut into bite-sized pieces. Knead the meat with honey and soy sauce.
- Dice the onion and apple and fry in a large pan with a little oil until translucent. Remove from the pan and then fry the meat in portions in the same pan. Searing in portions is really important here, so that nice roast aromas are created and the meat doesn`t start to simmer in its own liquid.
- Season the meat with a lot of curry, toast it briefly, sprinkle the flour over it and fry again briefly. Add the apple and onion again and deglaze everything with the stock. Dice the pineapple and add the pieces to the curry with a dash of cream and season to taste.
- Serve with rice.
