Dessert with Ryazhenka with Banana and Cocoa

Ingredients

  • Bananas – 300 g
  • Ryazhenka – 450 ml
  • Cocoa powder – 40 g
  • Sugar – 40-60 g (to taste)
  • Instant gelatin – 10 g
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Black chocolate for serving (optional) – 10 g

Directions

  1. Pour the gelatin over with cold water and let it swell for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel the bananas cut them into slices, and place them in a blender bowl. Add sugar and cocoa powder.
  3. Pour in fermented baked milk.
  4. Whisk the mixture for 2-3 minutes, until smooth.
  5. Melt the gelatin in a water bath.
  6. Pour the banana and fermented baked milk mixture into a bowl. While stirring the mixture, pour in the melted gelatin in a thin stream. Stir for another 30-60 seconds to distribute the gelatin evenly.
  7. Pour the resulting mixture into portion molds, bowls, or glasses. Place the dessert in the refrigerator and leave to cool completely for about 2-3 hours.
