Banana Dessert on Skewers

Chocolate covered bananas with nuts are an excellent portioned dessert.
Ingredients
- Almond or peanut butter – 4 teaspoon
- Large banana (cut into 12 pieces) – 1 pc.
- Black or milk chocolate – 60 g
- Almonds or peanuts (roasted and finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Directions
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment, set aside. Place 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter on each of 4 banana slices. Place one more banana slice on top and also apply 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter to the slices. It turns out 4 kind of sandwiches of two banana slices with butter between them and on top of them.
- String these sandwiches onto wooden or plastic skewers to keep the banana on top. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
- Pour chopped nuts into a separate bowl. Take one skewer with bananas and dip in melted chocolate, then roll in nuts and put banana dessert on prepared baking sheet.Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes.
