Ingredients

  • 500 g rhubarb
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 orange (s), the grated zest it
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 125 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the rhubarb and sprinkle with sugar. When it has drawn juice, add the vanilla sugar, orange peel and 2 tablespoons of water, briefly bring to the boil and steam for 3-5 minutes. Let cool down.
  2. Crush 1 banana, cut the other into slices and mix both with the cold rhubarb compote. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully.
