  • 2 sticks rhubarb, approx. 400 g
  • 5 medium egg (s)
  • 160 g mararine
  • 160 g natural yourt
  • 160 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar, a 8 g
  • 240 g flour
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • Fat, for the shape
  • Breadcrumbs, for the mold
  • 50 g walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Peel the rhubarb and bananas and cut into small pieces. Mix the rhubarb with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and let it steep. In a bowl, stir the margarine, eggs, sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and yoghurt until creamy. Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda, add tablespoon by spoon and mix everything well. Finally, carefully fold in the rhubarb and bananas with a tablespoon. Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and bake for about 75 minutes on the middle shelf, possibly cover with aluminum foil.
  3. The cake should be completely cool before removing from the mold.
