Ingredients

  • 150 g confectionery, white and dark dominoes
  • 250 g butter or mararine
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 100 g nouat
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 125 ml egg liqueur
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Halve the dominoes.
  2. Mix butter or margarine, sugar and nougat until creamy. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Pour in eggnog, continue stirring. Mix in flour and baking powder and stir in. Fold in dominoes.
  3. Pour the dough into a Gugelhupf pan with a volume of approx. 2.5 l and smooth it out. Bake at 150 ° C (convection) for 65-70 minutes. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
