Today, a feast without sandwiches is no longer imagined. Of course, we are not talking about “stereotyped” sausage sandwiches praised by Matroskin, but about festive ones. Here is one of the sandwich variations for the holiday.
Ingredients
Chicken breast, boiled – 120 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Corn – 1 tbsp
Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
Processed cheese – 90 g
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Fresh parsley
Salt
Directions
We will grind the ingredients, start with the egg. We transfer the crushed product into a clean plate.
Next is chicken.
Rub the cheese (preferably from the freezer).
We turn a fresh cucumber into small cubes.
Salt, for “grace”, add parsley (chopped), season with any mayonnaise you like. We mix. The spread is ready, only now it remains to cut the loaf.
Cut the loaf of a suitable structure (well, so as not to crumble) into slices.
We cover each slice with our delicious filling.
We add charm to our sandwiches by decorating them with corn kernels.
