Ingredients

  • 12 medium potato (s)
  • 1 chicken
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • marjoram
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes and place in a bowl. Depending on your taste, season the potatoes with salt, pepper, marjoram and oregano and mix well by hand. Then place on a greased baking sheet. Divide the chicken into small portions and season with the same spices as the potatoes.
  2. Peel and peel the garlic bulb as normal, leaving the cloves. Now distribute the seasoned chicken pieces between the potatoes. Then distribute the garlic cloves over the whole baking sheet.
  3. Put in the oven at 220 degrees for about 45 minutes. So that the potatoes and meat get drunk, pour the white wine over and over again in the 45 minutes.
  4. A delicious salad, that was all.
  5. I got the recipe from an Italian friend. It`s quick, inexpensive and tastes very good. Have fun cooking at home.
  6. PS: you can also prepare the dish with turkey, rabbit and hare or wild fowl. I`ve already cooked it for Christmas with a delicious red wine.
