For the dough:

  • Flour – 350 g
  • Butter – 100 g

  • Milk – 150 ml

  • Salt – 0.3333 teaspoon.

  • Sugar – 70 g
  • Walnuts – 70 g

  1. Add yeast to warm milk, 1 tbsp sugar (20 g), 2 tbsp flour, mix, cover with cling film and leave warm for 20-30 minutes. I put it in a warm oven.
    Grind egg yolks with 60 g of sugar and vanilla sugar to white. Pour in the melted cooled butter.
