How to make coconut cookies:
Directions
- To make cookies, grind the melted butter with sugar. Add eggs to the sugar-oil mixture and mix thoroughly again.
- Add coconut flakes, soda, flour to the mixture and knead the dough.
- We line the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with oil, and spread small cakes with a teaspoon at a distance from each other, about 3-5 cm. We bake coconut cookies in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
