Egg Roll Ingredients

  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Green onions – 3-4 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Spices – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil

  1. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl.
  2. Salt. Add seasoning.
  3. Peel carrots, wash, chop finely. Pour into the egg mass.
  4. Finely chop the onion and add to the egg mass. Stir. Pour in water. Beat again.

  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour about half of the egg mixture into the pan, spread over the surface.
  6. Cover with a lid and leave for 2 minutes.
  7. Wrap gently with a roll. Move the roll to the edge of the pan so that the unrolled edge is closer to the center.

  8. Pour the remaining egg mixture into the pan. Cover again and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Then roll the omelet again into a roll.
  9. Cut the roll across.
