- 1 large eggplant (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 350 g minced beef
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 150 g sheep cheese
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- Chili powder

- Dice the aubergine and fry in olive oil for about 10 minutes. Chop and add the onion, finely chop or press the garlic and sauté briefly. Add the minced meat and fry until it is crumbly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili powder and oregano. Mash the sheep`s cheese with a fork and stir into the yogurt, pepper. Put a dollop of yogurt and cheese mixture on each serving of minced meat. There is also Turkish flatbread and a tomato or cucumber salad.
