Ingredients

  • 10 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ black pepper
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 glass Miracel Whip Balance
  • 1 small Bunch curled parsley
  • 3 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and let the eggs boil in it for 10 minutes. Then rinse the eggs with cold water and let them cool until they are lukewarm. Then peel the eggs, cut them into small pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Wash the spring onions, cut into rings and add to the eggs. Add salt, pepper and paprika powder and stir everything together. Add Miracle Whip Balance and milk and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Wash and chop the parsley and then stir in.
  3. I always make the salad the evening before eating it.
  4. Super delicious on breakfast rolls, fresh bread or even on its own.
  5. Tip: If you don`t mind the calories, you can also use mayonnaise from the tube or, of course, homemade mayonnaise.
