This vegetarian mousse is made with coconut milk, passion fruit, and eggs.

Ingredients
Coconut milk – 0.75 cups
Passion fruit – 4 pcs.
Large eggs – 4 pcs.
Sugar – 0.25 cups
Flavored water, orange (optional)
Directions
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Cut three passionfruit in half, scrape the pulp and put in a metal sieve, rub the pulp through it, pour the juice into a glass, and remove the seeds.
Beat eggs with fruit juice, coconut milk, sugar, and flavored water until smooth.
Pour the mixture into 4 heat-resistant ceramic tins and place them on a baking sheet. Fill the baking sheet with water until the level reaches the middle of the tins.
Transfer the baking sheet to a preheated oven and cook the mousse for 40-45 minutes, until it grabs.
Cut the remaining fruit in half, scrape out the pulp, and put on the mousse.
