- 0.5 ½ white cabbage
- 0.5 can ½ pineapple (depending on how fruity you like it)
- 150 g Miracel Whip, low in fat
- 150 g yourt, low-fat
- salt and pepper
- possibly pineapple juice and / or a pinch sugar

- Mix the ingredients for the dressing together and season to taste. Add the shredded carrots, cabbage and pineapple. Stir, season again to taste. Finished!
