Ingredients
- 1 large salad
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 600 g beefsteak tomato (s)
- 2 large onions
- 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 bunch parsley
- 250 g sheep cheese, Greek
- 150 g olives, black
- 2 lemon (s), add the juice
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon oregano

- Pick up the lettuce, wash and spin dry. Peel the cucumber and cut into larger cubes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Wash tomatoes, cut eighths and remove the stalk base. Put the lettuce and other vegetables in a large bowl.
- Peel and roughly chop the onions. Peel and quarter the eggs, wash and pluck the parsley. Put everything in the bowl. Roughly crumble the cheese and spread on top with the olives. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper with a whisk into a creamy marinade and pour over it. Sprinkle with the oregano.
