  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 100 g almonds, round
  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 50 g flea seeds, round
  • 50 g old linseed
  • 50 g sunflower seeds or other seeds or nuts
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons bread spice mix
  • 20 g coconut flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Mix the quark, eggs and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the remaining dry ingredients together well. Then add the dry ingredients to the quark-egg mixture and stir everything well with the dough hook.
  3. Shape a loaf of bread with damp hands and place on a baking sheet. Then cut the loaf a few times at the top.
  4. Bake at 180 ° C for approx. 55 - 60 minutes, then leave to cool on a wire rack.
