Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). Mix all dry ingredients together. Add the quark and eggs and knead with the mixer. Let it stand for 10 minutes so that the flax seeds swell and the dough becomes tougher.
  2. Then put the dough in a slightly greased cake tin and bake for about 45 minutes at 185 degrees. I had a silicone baking pan, but you can also just form a loaf of bread and then place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. I also added a few fried onions to the batter. Tastes super delicious and also goes smoothly as a party bread e.g., when grilling.
