Ingredients

  • 200 g oat bran
  • 70 g seeds, mixed (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds )
  • 50 g sweet lupine flour or almond flour
  • 50 g flaxseed meal
  • 3 tablespoon psyllium husks, approx. 25 g
  • 1 packet tartar baking powder or normal baking powder
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Mix the seeds and various flours well with the tartar powder. In another bowl, mix the quark with the eggs, oil, vinegar, water and salt.
  2. Now mix the quark mixture well with the flour mixture and knead vigorously once. Shape a loaf and bake it in a small loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the bread for 45 - 55 minutes at 180 ° C (fan oven).
