  • 6 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 250 g oat bran
  • 50 g wheat bran
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Put the quark, eggs and salt in a bowl and stir well. Add the other ingredients and mix everything together briefly. Put the dough in a greased loaf pan (I used the Ultra loaf pan from Tupperware) and smooth it out.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 50 minutes. The bread is ready when it sounds hollow when you knock on it.
  3. After baking, let the bread stand in the mold for about 15 minutes, only then remove it from the mold and let it cool down completely.
