Ingredients- 160 g fennel
- 160 g apple, reddish, tart
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, bianco
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper

- Clean the fennel, quarter it and cut it into thin strips. Anything from fennel can be used, including the herb. Cut the apple with the skin into small cubes.
- Make a dressing from vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil and mix with the fennel and apple.
