Instructions

Put the feta in a small baking dish and brush with the pesto. Chop the onion, tomato and bell pepper and spread on the feta. Put the hot peppers on top.
If you like, you can also use garlic and olives. Drizzle with a little olive oil and pepper. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to prevent the cheese from burning. Bake at 180 - 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
Shortly before the end of the cooking time, remove the foil and bake for approx. 5 - 10 minutes until the cheese has melted slightly and the vegetables are soft.
