- 6 pepper (s), red, yellow, green
- 200 g feta cheese, marinated in oil
- hot peppers
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, fresh or dried, e.g., oregano, thyme or basil

- Wash and core the peppers, remove the white ridges and cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Cut the peppers into small strips. Spread both in a baking dish, add the feta and the oil and mix everything together. Season with salt, pepper and the herbs.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (200 ° C top / bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. Stir every now and then.
