Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 medium onion (s)
- olive oil
- Seasoned Salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

- Clean and chop the vegetables.
- In a very hot pan, first fry the mushrooms in olive oil, then remove them and set aside. Then fry the peppers with the onions, after about 5 minutes add the zucchini
- and roast. Season with herb salt and pepper. Finally, mix in the fried mushrooms again.
- Season everything again with herb salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with the parsley.
