Ingredients

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • Oil (lime oil)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, possibly more
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mash the feta cheese as finely as possible with a fork. Mix with lime oil until creamy (I didn`t measure the exact amount, but that`s not necessary either, you just take enough that the cheese has a nice, creamy consistency).
  2. Add the finely chopped parsley. Press the garlic through the press and stir in as well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
