Filled Baked Potato Instructions

  1. Billet – smoked smelt with mint-citrus salad. See the recipe here.
  2. Pour the mashed potatoes with vegetable oil, salt, pepper and mix.
  3. Without peeling the peel, wrap the potatoes in foil with the shiny side inward. Put on a baking sheet and put in the oven at 200 degrees, turning on the convection mode. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden skewer.
  4. Place the cream cheese in a bowl.
  5. Chop the greens.
  6. Pour the cheese with the Hunting Satsebeli sauce.
  7. Grate the pickled cucumber and add to the filling.
  8. Remove fins, the skeleton with tail, remnants of large bones from smoked smelt. Grind the fish in a plate with a fork.
  9. Add fish to the rest of the filling. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and stir.
  10. When the potatoes are baked, without removing the foil, make an incision in the center, dividing the potato into 4 parts, but cut it only to the middle. Peel back the edges of the foil, slightly push the flesh of the potatoes and put the filling inside.

Bon Appetit!
