Ingredients

  • 200 g beef fillet (s)
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 30 g parmesan, rated
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef fillet into slices as thin as possible and place them on a piece of cling film, slightly overlapping, so that a rectangle is created. Cover with foil and roll vigorously over it with the rolling pin.
  2. Olive oil, salt, pepper - spread on the meat.
  3. Spread the rocket and parmesan on the meat.
  4. Roll everything up tightly and wrap tightly with foil.
  5. Put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
  6. Cut into thin slices and serve.
  7. Can also be served on crostini.
