  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the champignons, peel, cut into thin slices. Squeeze lemon juice onto them.
  2. Chop the basil finely.
  3. Finely chop the tomato.
  4. Stir in tomato and basil. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix equal parts olive oil and soy sauce.
  6. Stir until smooth.
  7. Put the tomato and basil sauce on a plate evenly.
  8. Place the champignon plates on top.
  9. Spread the arugula leaves.
  10. On top of the champignon carpaccio, finely chop or coarsely grate the cheese.
  11. Champignon carpaccio can be served.
