Ingredients

  • 4 slices beef fillet (s), (approx. cm thick)
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • 100 g pine nuts
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 200 g tomato (s), dried, in oil
  • 125 ml red wine
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • in Butter, flakes

Instructions

  1. Rub the fillets with oil and pepper. Roast and chop pine nuts in a dry pan.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, onion and garlic. Sauté the onion cubes and garlic in the tomato oil and add the tomatoes. Deglaze with red wine and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix in the pine nuts and chopped basil and pepper.
  3. Preheat the grill, salt the fillets and grill for about 2 minutes on each side. Spread the tomato mixture on the fillets, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and top with flakes of butter. Grill the fillets for about 5-7 minutes, depending on your taste.
