- 400 g condensed milk, sweetened
- 2 ½ lemon (s), the juice and zest it

- Mix all ingredients with the mixer to a homogeneous mass. Put in the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes.
- If the ice cream seems too creamy for you, you can put it in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
