Ingredients
- 200 g fine youn peas, frozen
- 125 ml sweet cream
- 3 slices ham, cooked or South Tyrolean bacon
- some margarine
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock, instant
- some tomato paste with garlic
- some fondor
- some pepper freshly ground colorful

- Put the margarine in a smaller saucepan or saucepan. Heat a little and add the ham cut into small cubes or strips, let to toast briefly. Top up with cream, add tomato paste and chicken stock and stir well.
- Now add the frozen peas and stir well. If necessary, add a little cream, add freshly ground colored pepper, let simmer briefly and remove from the stove.
- Serve hot immediately !!
- Tastes delicious with cordon bleu, breaded schnitzel and colorful pork skewers!
- If necessary, it can be seasoned with a little fondor.
