Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 8 tablespoon white wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • 1 can peas
  • parsley
  • water
  • salt and pepper
  • Chicken broth, instant
  • oil
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Add the white wine and let it boil off almost completely over high heat.
  2. Add the beaker of cream and the crème fraiche, fill both beakers with water. Season with chicken stock (powder), salt, pepper and parsley. Then add the peas.
  3. Thicken the sauce if necessary. Penne go well with this.
