Fettuccini with Chicken in Cream Sauce

A real Italian dish that is easy to make at home. Tender chicken meat in a creamy sauce with delicious pasta. Served hot for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Fettuccini Pasta – 700 Grams
  • Cream – 250 Milliliters
  • Chicken Breast – 2 Pieces
  • Oil – To taste (butter and olive)
  • Salt and pepper – To taste
  • Parmesan Cheese – 100 Grams
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Greens – To taste

Directions

  1. Boil fettuccini pasta in boiling salted water until tender. Rinse the pasta in a colander.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add a little olive oil. Fry chopped garlic for a few minutes.
  3. Put the chicken breast, cut into pieces. Fry it with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. When the chicken gets a golden hue, pour in the cream and cook until it thickens.
  5. Ready pasta spread on plates, pour the sauce with chicken and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top, garnish with herbs.
