Ingredients

  • 1 pork fillet (s), approx. 600 g
  • 2 egg (s)
  • some flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Wash the pork loin, pat dry and cut into pieces about 10 cm long.
  2. Knock the pieces of meat flat with the meat tenderizer, season with salt and pepper. Now prepare like normal schnitzel.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour the breadcrumbs onto a high plate. Turn the meat in a little flour, knock it off and then turn in the egg and breadcrumbs.
  4. In a pan with clarified butter, slowly fry on both sides until golden brown.
