- 12 pork schnitzel
- 250 g bacon
- 3 onion (s)
- 4 leeks
- 3 cups cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 packs sauce (hunter`s sauce)
- 12 slices cheese (Cester cheese)
- 500 g mushrooms

- Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and place in a greased deep pan from the oven. A slice of cheese on top of each. Fry the mushrooms, diced onions and the diced bacon with a little pepper. Then distribute over the schnitzel. The leek (the white part) is cut into rings and spread over them. Season the cream with salt, pepper, paprika and curry. Stir in the hunter`s sauce and pour the cold sauce over the schnitzel.
- Let everything steep for 24 hours. Then cook at 170 ° C for 90 minutes. This goes well with rice and salad.
- Great for a celebration as it is good for prep.
