Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk
  • 300 ml cream
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 g mascarpone

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk and sugar to the boil in a saucepan. Add the mascarpone and bring to the boil again. Take the saucepan off the stove and let the liquid cool down.
  2. Whip the cream until half stiff and set aside.
  3. When the milk has cooled down a little, carefully fold in the cream and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir the frozen ice again and place in an ice cream maker. Alternatively, leave in a lockable container in the freezer and stir occasionally.
  5. The recipe makes about 900 ml of ice cream.
  6. Tip: It is ideal as a base for various extensions, e.g. with fruit, nuts and sweets such as oreo biscuits.
