Ingredients

  • 1 large can kidney beans
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 gr. Can (s) beans, green
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into lozenges
  • 4 medium onion (s), chopped
  • 1 tube tomato paste
  • 300 g bacon, mixed, diced
  • 500 g meat sausae, cut into small pieces
  • 6 medium potato (s), cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 500 ml meat stock
  • 4 carrots, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 liter tomato (s), happened
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • some vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Fry the onions, bacon and sausage in it. Stir in tomato paste and fry with it. Add potatoes, paprika diamonds and carrots and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and paprika powder. Then stir everything well. Fill the saucepan with meat stock and tomato puree and add sugar. Cover and simmer for an hour on the lowest setting.
  2. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the beans, corn and kidney beans and let them get hot. Season to taste with cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
