Ingredients
- 500 g chicken fillet (s)
- 500 g bell pepper (s)
- 375 g potato (s)
- 250 g apples
- 25 g butter, (or oil)
- a bit salt
- 250 ml white wine
- 1 can beans, (in tomato sauce)
- 1 bunch chives
- some cayenne pepper
- some curry
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Cut the chicken fillet and bell pepper into strips. Peel and quarter the potatoes and cut into pieces. Quarter the apples, remove the core and cut the apple wedges into slices.
- Heat the fat in a saucepan, fry the meat vigorously. Add peppers, potatoes and apples and fry briefly. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, curry and sugar. Pour in wine and 1/8 l water, bring to the boil briefly and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add canned beans and season to taste. Finally sprinkle with chives. Serve with bread by the or ciabatta.
