Fish Cutlets

I love fish cutlets. I get tender, tasty, fluffy cutlets. Everyone is asking for more 🙂

Ingredients

  • Fish fillet – 800 g
  • Salt – 2 teaspoon
  • White bread – 300 g
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 400 ml
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 50 g

How to cook fish cutlets:

Directions

  1. Rinse the fish fillets and cut them into pieces.
  2. Peel the onion, wash and cut into 4 parts.
  3. Soak white bread in milk.
  4. Skip fish, bread, and onion through a meat grinder. Season with salt, pepper, add chicken eggs. Mix the minced meat well.
  5. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Form cutlets with wet hands put in hot oil. Fry fish cutlets on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
  6. Fish cutlets are ready. Serve with your favorite side dish.
