Ingredients

  • 250 g onion (s), finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 1 liter soup
  • 800 g cod fillet (s), cut into pieces
  • 6 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs, 200 g
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, add the paprika powder and immediately add the soup. Cut the fish into pieces and add the garlic (pressed), cook everything for about 5 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Tip: If you want the sauce to be a little thicker, mix the crème fraîche with a little flour and 2 tablespoons of water and bring to the boil briefly.
  3. Boiled potatoes go very well with this.
