Ingredients

  • 1 fish fillet (s) (cod)
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. If necessary, defrost the fish and cover it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan for about 9 minutes. Then keep warm on a plate.
  2. Pour the juice of half a lemon into the hot pan. Add the capers and parsley and heat for about 1 minute.
  3. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve with lemon wedges and a dash of olive oil.
  4. Fresh baguette goes well as a side dish.
